Temple Square

This weekend Aaron's sister and her family took a trip to visit Christina and us. We gathered on Sunday for a BBQ and Monday, we drove downtown to get in all that is Temple Square.

Climbing statues.
There was a lovely fountain on the other side of this statue where we waited for Christina to join us. They were warned not to lean in to touch the water. I looked away for a second and then look back to see Garrett slither head first into the water. He was not happy to get all wet. Fortunately we had some dry clothes in the van he was able to change into.
The Christus Statue
After that we headed over to the Church Museum. On the second floor they have a great display just for the kids with this years theme dedicated to the scriptures. They had this awesome magnetic quilting wall right before that.
Building Forts
There was an area where you could try on skirts or vest and then follow the dance steps on a tv screen. Kaylie and Julie had fun here.
Cousins :)
I love to see the Temple, I'm going there someday.
Our whole group with Aubrey passed out in the stroller
Garrett was tired of walking so he hitched a ride with Cameron
It was a fun day!
