Some Crafting

 Thursday, KT came over and we attempted a craft. These pumpkins above were the result. It was fairly easy once we figured out the ribbon (they were looking way to pirate-y for a bit there). We just grabbed some mason jars and orange spay paint. Then cut out shapes with masking tape and positioned them how we wanted them. When the paint dried we peeled off the tape and painted the face black with some acrylic paint. Last of all we embellished them with ribbon and rafia at the top. They are great illuminators...er candle holders and really add great halloween ambience to our living room. :) Hopefully KT will post so you can see how her jars turned out.


The lone jar below was the goof up. Kaylie decided to save it and she did a great job.
